This is just hands down the WORST system for points! Im switching to Blue Cross next year-
The system is not updating with the information. I've completed all of the option in my favorites and still have not received my rewards. Keeps saying spinning and will not update.. I reported 4 times to cafe well via email and never received any response. I really needed my points to shop at whole foods but now I have to spend funds that I don't have available. Very disappointing. Not functional at all.
